As a precautionary measure, we are conducting a voluntary recall of the Pigeon SuperFast Steam & Dry Sterilizer due to a potential overheating issue that may cause some parts of the product to melt.
If you have purchased this product, please discontinue use immediately and have your product returned for a refund.Â
Customer Refund Process: Customers can choose from the two following methods to return the product:

2) Scheduled Pick-up: If you are unable to bring the product to our office, we offer a scheduled pick-up option via email: ps.support@sg.pigeon.com
The refund amount of $205 will be processed 8-10 working days from the date of receiving the product.
