  • Used for at least 28 days: You must try the product for a minimum of 28 days from the date of delivery before requesting a refund.

  • Refund Request Window: Refund request starts from Day 28 to Day 45 – Refunds can only be requested within this time frame.

  • Return Product(s): Physical product(s) must be returned to Pigeon Singapore before the refund can be processed. If multiple units of the same item were purchased, all units open or unopened must be returned to be valid for a refund.
  • Refund Method: Refund will be made in the same form of payment originally used to make the purchase (otherwise communicated during return process).

  • Exclusions: Full refunds apply solely to the final price paid to the Natural Botanical Maternity product(s) and exclude any shipping fees incurred.

  • Fair Use Policy: On rare occasions, Pigeon Singapore reserves the right to deny return requests if we find evidence of fraud, abuse, or other manipulative behaviour. Please reach out to us as soon as possible regarding any issues; we may not be able to honour requests made after the return window has closed.
