Every S$1 spent earns 1 Heart. Once you achieve Gold tier, the point earning system will be adjusted (S$1 = 2 Hearts earn) to better reward every dollar your spent. ​

Yes, once you have signed up as a member with us. You will be rewarded with a $5 Welcome Bonus (valid for 1 month from date of issuance). To utilise, it please apply the voucher code at checkout.​

To maintain your tier status, you will need to meet the minimum spend for each tier within the 12 months period.​

Bronze Members: spend $1-199​
Silver Members: spend $200-$449​
Gold Members: spend $500 or more

Redemption of hearts will not affect your tier progression. Tier status and progression is calculated solely based on your total accumulated spending amount within the 12 months period. ​

Hearts earned will be valid for 12 months. Hearts can be exchanged for reward vouchers to offset your next purchases. ​

Points that are granted based on conditions:
(1) Purchase-based action may require an order to reach a specific status: paid or fulfilled
(2) Hearts are granted only after a review is published

Note: Actions that require verification or approval before hearts are granted (examples are stated above) would result in short delay between when an action is completed and when hearts appear in a customer’s balance.

These delays are required to help prevent abuse, ensure reward vouchers are granted only for valid actions.

Redeeming hearts for reward vouchers does not mean that vouchers are automatically applied to an order.​

When you redeems hearts for rewards, the voucher code is generated. You can then choose to apply it immediately after redemption or use it in your next purchase. ​

If the voucher is redeemed but not used right away, the code is saved in your reward section and can be used later. ​

Every voucher redeemed has a voucher code tagged to it. This code is valid for 1 month from the date of redemption.

You can choose to apply it immediately after redemption or use it before it expires.

For birthday points, no manual redemption is required. The system will auto credit birthday points during the start of your birthday month. However, birth date needs to be keyed in at least 30 days before your actual birthday to receive reward.

Loyalty program points and rewards are only given to members who purchase via the shop.pigeon.com.sg web store.

It is not applicable for purchases made via marketplaces, offline stores (e.g. retailers: Mothercare, Motherswork etc) or with physical purchases made during Trade Shows (e.g Baby Fair or seminars).
